I am a little behind on blogging…it has been a very busy month ! So before I leave on vacation later this week, I will get a few more events blogged, so stay tuned, lovelies. And now…onto the wedding. Abby & Doug were married June 20th in Sandusky on a very hot and extremely windy afternoon. These two are so incredibly sweet, SO in love, and were more than ready to be Mister & Misses. I don’t usually post many ceremony pictures on the blog, but the church where they were married (which is supposedly the oldest Catholic church in the Toledo diocese) was really beautiful and filled with tons of natural light, [my favorite]. This wedding has season has been wonderful so far, and I have gotten to know many wonderful couples. So thank you to all the lovely brides & grooms I’ve worked with thus far ! And now onto many more…

Father’s Day. And Happy first day of summer. Both are equally as wonderful.

Jen & Evan were married this past Saturday surrounded by about 70 of their closest friends & family. It was a beautiful, and intimate event. Jen & Evan are two loving, and extremely easy-going individuals, who really celebrated their day without any stress or worry, even though it began to rain (a lot) after the ceremony ended and right before picture time. Their reception was held at Oak Openings Park (which is amazingly beautiful!) where we were able to spend some time once the skies cleared up doing some photos. These two are nature enthusiasts, so the setting fits them perfectly. I am truly honored to have been chosen by these two to capture their day, and I wish them all the best in what’s to come.

I worked with such a lovely & incredibly sweet couple over the weekend, Jen & Evan. I’ve been working on their photos today and I wanted to share a little sneak peek from their day. As you can tell…storm clouds loomed above, but things dried up just. in. time.
More to come later this week..

Busy month ! Shelby and Mike were my first couple in June, and it turned out to be such a lovely summer day. They were married at a beautiful church downtown in the Old West End, with the reception on campus at their alma mater. They are such a sweet couple, and it was quite obvious how happy they are to be Mister & Misses.

After a few rained-out attempts to do this photoshoot, last week we finally got the chance to meet for pictures. The shoot was supposed to be for Carter turning 6 months, (although by the time we did the shoot he’s nearly 8 months) but we also did a few of his older brother Evan (whose “dinasour hair” is awesome !) and a few of the entire family.

I told Evan to hug his brother, which resulted in what looks like a brotherly love headlock
